Something got my parsley.
Was it rabbits? Was it slugs?
Did it succumb to plant disease
or other pesky bugs?
I checked for symptoms all around
the space it occupied.
The soil is amply watered,
but my parsley surely died.

In my Master Gardener training I learned that when a plant fails to thrive, it is almost always due to one of these issues:
It was getting too much water or not enough water
It was getting too much sun or not enough sun
it was given too much fertilizer or not enough fertilizer
Or, it just didn’t want to live
I hope this was helpful ;^)
