You cannot fight a robot.
You will end infused with hate.
A robot’s only function is:
confuse and obfuscate.

My outlook on robots is different. I look forward to having help with housework, changing my diapers when it comes to that, reading to me at bedtime, and playing cribbage when Ray isn’t in the mood.

We don’t use xfinity but I share your pain with automated call answering systems. The issue isn’t really with the robot. It is an issue with the people who designed, programmed and tested the system.
I have a lot of energy on the issue. This is me on my soapbox:
The software industry is largely dominated by young, white men. The lack of DEI efforts means systems aren’t designed to accommodate the needs of older people (fingerprint and touch screen technologies are examples of this), people of color (blood oxygen sensors and facial recognition systems), people with strong regional accents (voice recognition systems), and so on.
It’s only going to get worse as Trump insists that companies stop any efforts to have a diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce.
