The COVID rates are falling.
We’re seeing signs of hope.
The vaccine’s fighting COVID –
‘gainst its range…against its scope.
The COVID rates are falling.
We’re seeing signs of hope.
The vaccine’s fighting COVID –
‘gainst its range…against its scope.
Two dead.
Twenty-two shot.
It’s a world of hatred,
like it or not.
My soul is restless.
Ill at ease.
I’ve contracted
COVID Heart Dis-Ease.
I’m burning a candle for myself.
It’s been that kind of day.
I need the candle to remind:
It all will be Okay.
My garden gate is open.
I hope you will step in.
We can have a friendly visit.
Then, I hope you’ll come again.
Now the killing’s in San Jose.
A killer picks up his gun,
goes to the rail yard where he works,
and shoots down every one.
There’s a “waning gibbous moon” tonight.
But, I won’t see it happen.
The skies are raining, gloom, and drear
and I’ll be in bed a nappin’.
I wake each morning with a hopeful heart
that sets me on my way
and I’m thankful for the gifts of joy
that fill my life each day.
COVID Numbers: Going Down.
Economy: Improving.
Life is picking up again.
Things have started moving.
The things we learn in kindergarten
are things we all need to know.
And if there isn’t kindergarten….
how will kids flourish and grow?
