and hope that you receive them,

so ev’rything you want for you

appears and you achieve them.

Life is better

with a bit of money.

To our daily bread

we can add some honey.

The morning comes.

Another day.

We strive to do our best.

And then the night releases us

and we can take our rest.

Goodnight, my Friend.

The day is done.

Lay down your head to rest.

Close now your eyes.

Let slumber come.

And know you’ve done your best.

I live alone with one old cat, and

she lives here with me.

She stares with wide, unblinking eyes

as she considers me….

it grows.
