I’d be a vegetarian if I could give up meat.

The world is filled with tasty things that I could use to eat.

But I really cannot lie to you.  I cannot tell a fib.

I must admit I really like delicious, hot prime rib.

Google says that it could snow –

–white flurries mixed in rain –

She says that it could be awhile

‘fore we see sun again.

I think that I will hunker down

and sip a cup of tea…

and tell the dreary universe

to stay away from me!
