i zap it in a special container, add salt, and it is quite a tasty poached egg…..and it’s Very Quick.

A special container? I’ll take a look. So you add water too? Hmmm. My mom used to microwave bacon. I can have a whole breakfast in a few minutes!

if time is of the essence, you can skip the bacon. The eggs are done, start to finish, in two minutes.
