Living the Aging Life 
I just put my two raised beds to sleep for the winter. Cleared out all the dead annuals, cut back the perennials, dug in two bags of composted manure and wished them a happy repose until May.

what a pleasant way to spend the day. I got my last bag of daffodil bulbs planted yesterday, just before a promised week of drizzle, so I, too, am content.
