The day is waking from the night.
The world’s transformed by dawning light.

I’ve Corona Virus of the Brain.
It’s a Terrible Malady.
I hope when this pandemic ends,
my brain’ll come back to me.
‘Cause, if it’s not reversible–
What a Terrible, Terrible Thought!—
I don’t know how I’ll manage.

and up my neighbor’s stair.
‘Bout half way up, he stopped to check
and sniffed the morning air.

and it said there will be rain.

and, then later, rain again.

and it hides my Hairy Plight.

in peaceful dreams adrift.
The boardwalk stretches across the marsh,
floating above the ground.
It’s hard to believe this desolate tract
is so close to a bustling town.
Tucker is a good old dog.
He’s loyal and he’s true.
When you need some friendly protection,
he’s just the dog for you.
There’s a helicopter up on Mars,
not sure where it is at.
So, the helicopter’s phoning home.
How Cool is That?
