My neighbor just got COVID.

So, Alas! I’ve been exposed.

She started feeling poorly,

now she’s fully indisposed.

This virus lurks among us

and I’d really have to say,

my mind will feel much better

when this COVID goes away.

Today I crossed the Boulevard.

I have to get across, and then,

I have to make it back again!

When my kitties expect breakfast,

interruptions they like not.

They want it when they want it
