No one knows what lies ahead.
No one knows tomorrow.
No one knows if hope will rise
or if we’ll look at sorrow.
We know that yesterday is past.
We heard what it did say.
We listen and we learn and plan….
we only have today.
No one knows what lies ahead.
No one knows tomorrow.
No one knows if hope will rise
or if we’ll look at sorrow.
We know that yesterday is past.
We heard what it did say.
We listen and we learn and plan….
we only have today.
Something eats my tulips.
I think it’s squirrels, because –
I’ve learned that squirrels think tulips
are their gift from Santa Claus.
I clicked upon a website:
“How to Deal With Tulip Ills.”
The advice was clear and simple:
“From now on, plant daffodils.”
The COVID rate is sliding down.
It slips from week to week.
The risk is still a factor, but,
our future’s not so bleak.
We’ll still have Life with COVID.
It will never go away.
Almost a million COVID dead….
…there’s nothing else to say.
I’ve figured and filed my income tax.
My return is in the bank.
It was a simple process.
I’ve got Turbo Tax to thank.
Just plug in this
and fill out that
and then you hit “continue”
and it goes on in steady steps
to spread another menu.
It’s OK here to estimate,
but there, you must be right.
Just follow their instructions
and they’ll wrap it nice and tight.
When the IRS is happy,
then, you’ll be happy, too.
With Turbo Tax it’s easy.

The lullaby drifts through the wind.
Its song is in the trees.
The tune floats down the valley.
Its notes sail ‘cross the seas.
The lullaby is in your mind
as you lay down your head.
The lullaby’s sweet comfort
spreads across your peaceful bed.
There are some who bring us comfort.
There are some who bring us sorrow.
There are some who look at yesterday.
And some who face tomorrow.
There are some who bring the darkness.
There are some who bring the light.
There are some who choose the worst for man.
And some who do what’s right.
Putin’s War is a somber war –
growing darker every day.
It’s raining death on a peaceful land.
And, why? No one can say.
Today is a day for a Happy Heart!
It’s the very first day of Spring.
When we look at the world with a Happy Heart,
who knows what the day might bring?
We need a little Kindness…
and we need it Right Away!,,,
…need some Loving and some Caring…
…need them Right This Very Day!
A lullaby’s a comfort for a
sad and aching heart.
It sings so you can sleep and
let the Bad Old Days depart.
